WCA Claims of Health Care Providers

We assist providers of medical services to recover costs of treatment for Injury on Duty patients. In many instances, providers require advice and assistance on correct billing methods and destinations for submitting invoices.

We also submit medical accounts pertining to the WCA Claims to the compensation commissioner.

WCA claims are processed and sent to the department of labor for processing or alternatively all WCA claims are submitted to WCA Claims Cape Town that is in direct contact with the Department of Labour and who handles the claim administration and follow up.
